Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt and must be accompanied by the original invoice.

A $10 flat-rate return shipping fee applies. All returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid and insured.

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee (minimum $5).

Please note:

• Earring findings are not returnable.

• Cut merchandise such as wire, sheet, tubing and chain, and special orders are final sale and not eligible for return.
