Terms of Service
  1. Business hours Monday thru Friday 8:30 am to 4 pm. Closed weekends.
  2. House accounts are available to qualified customers. Contact our accounting department for an application. When credit is established, payment is due net 10 E.O.M. $300.00 Per month minimum required. 2 Late payment charges of 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to hold any orders if account is past due.
  3. Certified check, prepayment or bank wire transfer may be required at any time.
  4. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards.
  5. We ship packages UPS Ground, Second Day Air & Overnight, Fed-Ex and USPS available on request. Shipping charges apply.
  6. Prices are subject to change without notice due to the fluctuating metal markets.
  7. A $1.00 Cutting charge for any sheet, wire or chain less than 3 inches.
  8. Minimum order of $25.00 For shipping.
  9. Any incomplete item will be partially shipped and a back order placed unless notified.
  10. Any items returned for credit must be accompanied by an invoice and returned within 10 days of receipt.
  11. Cut merchandise and special orders are not returnable!!!
  12. Returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid and insured.
  13. Returned merchandise will incur a restocking charge of 10% or no less than $5.00.
  14. Closed for vacation the first week of July and Christmas Day thru New Years.
  15. We reserve the right to discontinue any items without notice.
  16. We reserve the right to correct any errors in the catalog.

  23. 24kt gold or precious metal bullion must be paid by cash or preapproved business check.
